Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Kindly Ops LLC (“SuperComm”, “we”, “us”) operates the SuperComm production intercom application (the “App”). This page explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. To sign in, SuperComm asks for an email address and password (or an OAuth login, where offered). We use this only to authenticate you and identify your account.

Room and channel data. SuperComm stores the rooms, channels, and related configuration you create so your team can coordinate during an event.

Microphone and camera. SuperComm requests microphone access so you can talk on channels, and camera access so you can share a video feed during a call. Audio and video are transmitted in real time (via WebRTC) to the other participants you are communicating with. SuperComm does not record or store your microphone or camera media.

Diagnostic information. Like most server software, our backend may log basic technical information (such as timestamps and error details) to operate and troubleshoot the service. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the App.

How we use information

We use the information above only to:

  • Provide and operate the App’s core intercom functionality
  • Authenticate your account and secure access to your rooms and channels
  • Diagnose and fix technical problems

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We do not share your account information or call content with third parties, except:

  • With the other members of a room or channel you choose to communicate with, as necessary for the App to function
  • When required to comply with a legal obligation

Data retention

We retain account, room, and channel data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see below).

Your choices

You can deny or revoke microphone/camera permission at any time through your device’s system settings; doing so will limit the App’s core calling features. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Children’s privacy

SuperComm is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
